This article is intended for members with State or Regional Coordinator rights.
Only State and Regional Coordinators can create, remove, or change the status of CCL chapters or Custom Groups, as well as adding or changing group leaders. To do any of these actions, go to this Google form: Group & Group Leaders Update form.
Here are the options available on the form:
- Create a new CCL Community group
- Change the status of a group (i.e. inactive, targeted, in progress, active)
- Change group leadership in an existing group
- Report CATw (Climate Advocate Training Workshop) date
- Other
The update form and the CCL Community database is managed by Salesforce.
Note: When one of your state's or region's inactive groups transitions to active and a local group leader is identified (or you need to make other changes to your groups) be sure to use the Group & Group Leaders Update form to make changes so that all CCL Community groups are up to date.
