To change when and how often you are notified by email about events, actions, posts, and updates to forums as well as forum categories in CCL Community, go to your Account Settings (get there by clicking the button with your name on the top right side of any page and selecting “Account Settings.”).
In the "Subscriptions" tab you can select the frequency for which you are notified about forum updates for both Sitewide Forums and Group/CCL chapter forums (scroll down to view). The default setting is "none."
