From an Action Team, Custom Group, or CCL chapter homepage, you may see "Files" and "Photos" links in the menu on the left side of the page.
Also, there may be a "Videos" link. Instructions for uploading videos are in this article.
Note: If you do not see these menu options, ask the Group Owner to enable them.
Uploading Files and Photos to a Group
- Click on the File or Photo link.
- If uploading a non-photo file: Underneath All Files drag and drop your files or select the "click to upload” link.
- If uploading a photo, click the "Add Photos" button in the middle of the page.
- You can also create folders of files and photos if desired.

You must enter a title for the file or photo in the title field (required).

The description, tags, and a checkbox to “share sitewide” are optional. The description will help members find the items when searching. Choose “share sitewide” if you want the file or photo to be available to members outside of your Community group.

Click “Post” when completed.
