CCL Community’s extensive library of training pages are a key tool for volunteer development, and along with chapter development, the fifth level of political will.
You can view trainings your CCL chapter group members have completed and logged in the Action Tracker. (See this article for instructions on logging trainings.)
How to view training actions
- Open the Action Tracker. It should default to “Recent Chapter Actions.”
- Click the button on the right side above the action list that says "Filters." A fly-out menu should appear.
- If you only want to see trainings, deselect all of the action types except "Training" (found within the "Chapter & Volunteer Development" group.
- Click away from the fly-out to close it.
Viewing a specific member's trainings
To further filter this list to only show trainings completed by a specific member:
- Click the button on the right side above the action list that says "Filters."
- Click on the box “Filter by Participant” and begin typing a group member’s name in the box. It will display a list of members in your group with that name. Generally, you can easily find someone with just their first name.
- Select the desired member’s name.
- Click outside of the fly-out to close it.
You will now see a list of trainings the member has completed (and has chosen to log).
