If you've requested a password reset but haven't received a password reset email, please take the following steps.
Troubleshooting steps for not receiving the password reset email
- Please check your spam and trash folders. Email providers flag many password reset messages as spam or trash. And that's a good thing because it's easy to trick someone into resetting their password to steal their login credentials.
- Please add "cclcommunity@citizensclimate.org" to your email address book or contacts list. Adding these will train your email provider not to screen messages from CCL Community.
- Request another password reset.
- If you still do not receive the password, contact us via the "Help" widget located at the bottom of any page to request a temporary password. We'll send you a temporary password and instructions for creating a permanent one once you're logged in.
