- Click on the “Dashboard” link at the top left of your screen on the group menu.
- Click on the “Action Tracker” link on your Dashboard page.
- Under “All Recent Actions” or on the left side bar of your screen, click on the “+ Log an Action” link.
- You will be brought to the “Log an Action” screen.
- Under “What type of action” question, Select “Contact with Legislator”.
- Select the appropriate CCL Policy Area in accordance with the content of your phone call.
- Click “Next” at the bottom of the page to enter the details of your call,
- Under “Details about your contact with a legislator”, select “Phone Call(s)”.
- Log the date of the call, legislator, number of calls made, and upload any notes.
- Click “Next” at the bottom of the page to add participants from your lobby meeting.
- If any other CCL’ers participated in the lobby meeting, make sure to click the “+Add a Participant” under the “CCL Participants” section of this page.
