With CCL's automated onboarding updates, one of the big benefits is that your chapter now is able to receive an automated email with all new volunteers that have joined your chapter within the past 24 hours.
If your local chapter has members outside of your group leader(s) as part of your Welcome Team that would like to be signed up to receive those emails as well the day after a new volunteer joins this article will walk you through how to add the "Welcome Team Member" Privilege to their profile so that they begin receiving the emails.
1. Get your Group Leader to go to the Chapter Roster.
2. Once the interface fully loads, go the "Privileges" tab as highlighted below:
3. Once in the "Privileges" tab you can filter your results to find the name of the individual you would like to add as a "Welcome Team Member." Once you find their name, click the "Edit" button to the left.
4. This will open up a new pop-up window where you are able to select which privileges you want to enable for that individual volunteer. Select or toggle the "Welcome Team Member" to be on (it will turn blue) and then click the "Save" button at the bottom.
5. The window should process your request and to confirm it has happened, you should now see a checkbox filled in under the "Welcome Team Member" column for this volunteer. The reports should now start sending effective with the next day's report or whenever a new member joins your chapter.
