Sometimes, when you’re reviewing your chapter roster or the Action Tracker participant list, you might notice a duplicate account for a member.
This can happen for a few reasons—maybe someone joined with one email address but used another to take action, register for an event, or make a donation. And let’s be honest, we’ve all forgotten an account or two and accidentally signed up again with a different email!
If you spot a duplicate, no worries at all. Just submit a support ticket with the member’s email address, and we’ll take care of it. We’ll merge the accounts so the member keeps all their important CCL history and activity intact.
