If you are a Group Leader, State Coordinator, or Chapter Admin, you can update a chapter member’s congressional district directly from your chapter roster. Follow these steps:
Steps to Update a Member’s Congressional District

Access your chapter roster.

Locate the member whose district you want to update and click the Edit button next to their name.

Scroll down and click the Groups and Districts section header to expand the options.

In the District field, click the spyglass icon to search for the correct district.

Enter the new district code using the standard format:

Use the two-digit format for the district number.
- Example: Texas’s 1st district should be entered as
TX01
. - Click the Select button once you find the correct district.

Don’t forget to Save your changes.
