Change your password

If you know your current CCL Community password and would like to change it:

1. Click the arrow to the right of your name in the main navigation menu (top of the page).
2. Select “Account Settings.”
3. In Account Settings, scroll down to the “Change password” section.
4. Enter your current password -- the one you wish to change -- in the "Old Password" field.
5. Think of a password that's a minimum of 6 characters, including at least one uppercase letter and at least one number or a special character.
6. Make a record of your new password.
7. Enter your new password in the "New Password."
8. Enter your new password again in the "Verify New Password" field. 
9. Scroll down to the bottom and click "Save Changes."

Note: Some browsers use autofill or include a password manager to choose a new password for you. Please refer to your password manager application for help with their feature.
